So I have started taking serious baby steps, as at Monday when I weighed in, I weighed 160.9kg!!!
Yea that's massive that's why am trying my best to loose the weight.
I stopped eating after 5pm, I take a walk on Saturday and Sundays and I also run down the staircase.
It's not easy but it has to be done. Am a nursing mum so I still need to eat a balance diet.
Then after 5pm when am really hungry I drink water, I learnt how to make good smoothies so I do it if water does not hold me.
Am not in a hurry, my goals are simple, I had been having a little pain at my side, this week my goal was to make it go.
My next week goal is to climb our stairs 30 times (I live on the 2nd floor) without panting.
Put me in your prayers cos this weight I will loose.
I have a surprise for you after the cut.
I lost 2kg this week am happy considering am still breastfeeding .... Don't judge
Not eating after 5pm is not easy for students lik me o,especially during exams.*sigh*
